Erica Lumpert, President

Ms. Lumpert founded Saber Security & Investigations, LLC in August 2007. Ms. Lumpert was formerly with a leading Security Firm with a local Savannah Office from 1994 – 2007. As a managing partner, Ms. Lumpert is responsible for managing all security contracts and administration. She is an active part of daily operations. Ms. Lumpert formulates the bids and proposals and works the local Savannah Regional Manager on a day to day basis.

Ms. Lumpert was born and raised in New York and has been a Georgia, Cobb County resident since 1993, married in 1990 and has two children (twins) age 10.

Richard Poncinie, Vice President

Mr. Poncinie has been a licensed private investigator since August 2000 and a managing partner in SSI since August 2007. He is also CEO of RGP Attorney Services, LLC, providing legal support services to attorneys and paralegals nationwide. As a managing partner in SSI, Richard manages all internal business equipment. He brings his legal expertise along with private investigation knowledge and practice. Richard is the legal adviser of the company and handles contractual issues for SSI.

Richard has been a resident of Fulton County, Georgia since 1962, and in Cobb County, Georgia since 1993. He is a widow and has two children (twins), age 10.

Rita Raines, Operations Director, SE Region

Rita Raines is the current Operations Director, SE Region for Saber Security & Investigations, LLC (SSI). Ms. Raines brings more than 20 years of management experience in several industries including retail, financial and security industry in the Atlanta and Savannah areas. During her 7-year tenure with a security firm in Savannah, Ms. Raines manages the Savannah operations, human resources and business development. In her current position, Ms. Raines manages all Human Resources functions, business development, ensures Georgia mandated personnel training, operations and assist in contract negotiation.

Ms. Raines also holds her OSHA certification for compliancy. Ms. Raines has been a Savannah resident since 1978 by way of a military Navy brat coming from her birth place, The Philippines. She has been a Savannah resident since 1978.
